Activities at the museum
The museum is hosting lots of workshops inspired by our special exhibition ‘The Boys’ as well as opportunities to try new crafts and test out your design skills.
Become a part of history
This year families, children and young people will have the chance to become a part of history and contribute towards a community quilt. Look out for programme highlights on Epping Forest District Museum Facebook page.
Young people with additional needs
Young people with additional needs are welcome to take part in many of the activities, but carers should call before booking to check if the chosen activity meets the child’s requirements.
The Epping Forest Inclusion Project run a dedicated holiday programme for children and young people with SEND.
These activities are suitable for all ages (unless stated) and cater for a wide range of needs. Siblings and parents are also welcome to join in with some of the activities.
