Wellbeing Wednesdays in Waltham Abbey

New activities at Epping Forest District Museum to help residents engage, reduce isolation, and promote a sense of wellbeing.

Wellbeing Wednesdays are being launched in line with the Georgie Meadow’s exhibition at Epping Forest District Museum. Through this exhibition and the new activities, we aim to raise more awareness about dementia and offer additional support for people affected by dementia in our community.

All the activities are for adults and are suitable for people affected by dementia.
