Community Cafe

The community café is a place to enjoy some light refreshments, an opportunity to chat, meet new friends in a relaxed, warm and welcoming environment.
This café is dementia friendly.

Museum Movers

Museum Movers is for the more mature dancer – ideally 55+. The sessions aim to help participants get back to activity, maintain flexibility and make new friends. Health and wellbeing are more important than ever right now and keeping mind and body active can be key to a healthy life.

It has a real social element and from the very beginning has helped create friendships and support networks and tackle social isolation. Every session ends with a chat over a cup of tea, which is all included in the £5 price.


Fridays 10:30am – 12 noon until 1 April 2022. Classes will then resume on 22 April 2022.
