The latest issue contains a new monthly programme of wellbeing workshops for adults. Take time for yourself, get creative and discover techniques to help you relax and recharge for the new.

February half term
Join the February half term activities including a family fun drop-in craft session at Epping Forest District Museum and a multi activity day in Debden with a range of games, arts and crafts and sports.

Epping Forest Inclusion Project
The Epping Forest Inclusion Project supports children and young people aged 3 to 25-years-old with a learning difficulty or disability through sport and leisure activities.
This project offers both term time activities as well as a school holiday programme and works alongside many providers in Essex to provide specialist support and fun activities all year round.
