2 new exercise classes
As lockdown restrictions ease further from Monday 17 May, we are offering you 2 new exercise classes in Waltham Abbey.
The Keep Fit classes will include an element of dance-based exercises, bodyweight strengthening exercises, and balance and stretches.
Pilates aims to strengthen your body focussing on core strength to improve general fitness and wellbeing.
Waltham Abbey
Keep Fit with Zoe

All classes must be booked as we are limited to 12 people per session while some restrictions are still in place.
Following Monday 21 June when lockdown restrictions are set to be lifted further, we will then be able to increase the limit of participants and offer more spaces in each class.
