Qualis Commercial will be working on 2 sites, which will reduce pay & display parking bays in Epping for a short period of time.
Cottis Lane car park, Epping
On Friday 25 February Qualis Commercial’s contractors will be on site in the Cottis Lane Car Park to remove the low quality (Category C) trees and overgrown shrubbery on the northern boundary between the Bakers Villas and Cottis Lane sites in advance of the bird nesting season.
The works are programmed to take about 5 days. Qualis Commercial has worked with the contractors to ensure that any disruption to local residents and users of the existing car park are minimised during this period.
The car park will remain open with a reduced number of bays and 1 pay & display machine will be temporarily out of order. Drivers will be able to make payment via MiPermit or use other pay & display machines in the car park during this time.
Once the works have been completed, Qualis Commercial will be erecting a secure green hoarding along the northern boundary to minimise the impact from construction activities moving forward.
Civic Offices car park, Epping
On Monday 28 February Qualis Commercial’s contractors will be on site at the Condor Building to remove the low quality (Category C) trees at the High Street entrance along with overgrown shrubbery that exists along the boundary of the site.
The works are programmed to take 2 days and Qualis Commercial has worked with the contractors to ensure that any disruption to the residents and users of the existing Civic Offices car park are minimised during this period.
Any trees removed will be replaced by new trees and enhanced green spaces once the development is complete.
