New public engagement events added for RideLondon – Essex 2023.
Essex County Council and London Marathon Events have announced 2 new public engagement meetings in Ongar and Chelmsford.
The meetings give residents the opportunity to meet the RideLondon team and ask questions or raise any concerns they may have about the main event.
New engagement event in the district
Date and location added for Ongar:
- When: Wednesday 29 March
- Time: 5pm to 8pm
- Where: Zinc Arts, Great Stony, High Street, Ongar, CM5 OAD

RideLondon – Essex 2023
RideLondon – Essex returns to the district for one day on Sunday 28 May 2023.
More than 22,000 cyclists of all ages, abilities and backgrounds took part in RideLondon 2022, which raised millions of pounds for more than 400 charities.
Grants available for communities and schools
Funding for community groups and schools is available from the London Marathon Charitable Trust (LMCT).
