Community falls strength and balance exercise service
The community falls strength and balance exercise service is a 12-week programme of activity to support people aged 65 and older who are at risk of falling. It is also for people aged 50 and older who have had any falls in the last 12 months due to a condition that affects their balance eg., Stroke or Parkinson’s disease etc.
Exercise sessions are provided at community venues or, where required, in your home, depending on individual needs and availability. This service is provided by the North East London NHS Foundation Trust.
