Social Active Strong
Social Active Strong is a free 12-week programme of activity to help you build strength, improve your mobility and balance, and help you sustain day-to-day activity levels.
Low impact and fun exercises to help you achieve a more active, social, and independent life.
The service is run by Epping Forest District Council, working in conjunction with the West Essex NHS Integrated Care Board, Essex County Council and Active Essex with the same scheme also being offered by Harlow and Uttlesford councils.
Who is it for?
It is available to adults living or registered to a GP practice in the Epping Forest district who feel they would benefit from being more active.
