Watch the meeting

Residents with an address within the Epping Forest District are invited to attend the meeting in the public gallery with an official ticket. Residents will need 1 ticket per person via Eventbrite. Appliocations close at 12 midnight on Sunday 21 September.

Space is limited due to the capacity of the viewing gallery. Tickets will be issued on a first come, first served basis, to residents of the Epping Forest District only, to give priority to those residing within the council’s area.

As well as your Eventbrite ticket, photo ID and proof of address (driving licence / utility bill / Council Tax bill) will need to be presented on entry.

Attendees will not be permitted to bring in placards and please be aware appropriate searches may be carried out.

Attendees are welcome to observe the meeting from the public gallery. This is not an opportunity to ask questions. Any attendees seen to be causing a disturbance will be removed from the public gallery.

If you have not been able to get a ticket, you will not be able to gain entry. ID, proof of address and tickets will be checked on the door.

Live streaming

We are currently experiencing technical difficulties with webcasting meetings live and are unable to offer the option to watch the meeting online.

The meeting will be recorded and uploaded to the council’s YouTube channel once it has finished.

Exclusion of public and press

Occasionally meetings will have agenda items that have to remain private due to the confidential information within them.

These items will be clearly marked on the agenda and meeting details online.

If you are attended a meeting with excluded items on the agenda, you will be asked to leave, and the recording will be stopped. These items are usually discussed at the end allowing members of the public to view as much of the meeting as possible. Re-entry will not be permitted.
