2. What are you planning to do – Include a script or scenario if applicable
3. Where – Provide an exact location or postcode to determine whether your enquiry has gone to the right person
4. When – A minimum of 2 weeks’ notice is needed before filming
5. Why – What is the purpose of the filming?
