Amazing entrepreneurial spirit
Cllr Holly Whitbread, Portfolio Holders for Finance and Economic Development said:
Our district has an amazing entrepreneurial spirit with 95% of our business being small or micro businesses.
However, women are underrepresented in this space. With this project we aim to support women who want to start their own businesses either full time or as a side project. The programme will support female residents to develop their own business from an idea right through to selling their first service or product.
