The final meeting of Epping Forest District Council before the local elections on 4 May took place on Tuesday 4 April.
Overview and Scrutiny
Councillors agreed changes to Overview and Scrutiny meetings in the new municipal year. The current Overview and Scrutiny structure of 3 supporting select committees is to be streamlined. Business of the Stronger Council Select Committee is to be incorporated into the parent Overview and Scrutiny Committee.
Councillors also approved the updated Statement of Licensing Principles, Annual Report of the Audit and Governance Committee 2021/22, and the Anti-Fraud and Corruption Strategy.
External organisations
Councillors received reports on joint arrangements and representation with external organisations on the Grange Farm Trust, Lee Valley Regional Park Authority, and Loughton Broadway Town Centre Partnership.
