The plans

We have begun looking at the Shelley Estate as a possible redevelopment site, it is important to us to engage with local residents and councillors on our development proposals. We intend to achieve this with a collaborative approach that meets the needs and desires of our residents as well as ensuring that we are providing much needed affordable housing within the district.
