Epping Forest District Council has teamed up with the Discover App to showcase amazing places, events and experiences across the district.
What is the ‘Discover App?
The app launches on Thursday 7 September. It shows what’s happening in your community including places to eat, where to shop and fun events for all ages.
It already features hundreds of businesses, and a vast array of information with offers and promotions all in one place.
It’s easy to use and you can personalise your preferences when you first sign up so that it only shows what interests you. If your tastes change, you can quickly and easily modify your preferences through the app settings.

Connecting people and businesses
Councillor John Philip, Cabinet Member for Finance and Economic Development said:
The Discover App offers a great way for our local businesses to connect with new and existing customers, both local and visitors to our district.
Using the latest technology, the app connects people with shops, restaurants, bars, events, offers and experiences linked to where they are or what they are searching for. A popular app in many top destinations across the country, this free service will support our high streets across the Epping Forest district.
