What is shared ownership?
Shared ownership is an affordable housing scheme. You can part buy and part rent your home from B3@Home, a home ownership brand created by B3Living.
You will need a mortgage and deposit for your share. You will pay an affordable rent on the remaining share to B3@Home. The minimum initial share you can buy is 25% and the maximum is 75%.

Helping first time buyers
Councillor Nigel Bedford, responsible for Housing at Epping Forest District Council said:
We are committed to building more houses and helping first time buyers get on the housing ladder, staying local and living in homes they can afford.
