Pay for parking

Pay for parking in our pay and display car parks.

Pay and display payment machines

Our pay and display payment machines accept cash and credit or debit card payments. You must display your valid ticket during your stay.

If a pay and display machine is not working please use another pay and display machine in the car park if there are any. Alternatively, you can arrange a virtual parking session via MiPermit by text, telephone, phone app or online.

You do not need to tell us if a ticket machine is not working. All our machines have a computer link that reports all faults to us.

MiPermit digital payment

You can pay online via MiPermit cashless parking, telephone, SMS, or the MiPermit smartphone app. MiPermit digital payments are ticketless. You do not need to display anything when you park.

MiPermit digital parking stays can be pre-booked online up to 7 days in advance. Pre-booking does not guarantee a parking space.

All our parking fees (also known as tariffs) can be found on our car park tariff boards or online on our pay and display car parks page.

North Essex Parking Partnership (NEPP) are responsible for on-street parking in Epping Forest, including enforcement.

MiPermit cashless parking

Use MiPermit to pay for pay and display parking, season tickets, residents and visitor permits. Each electronic permit is virtual, meaning that you do not need to display anything in your vehicle. You simply pay and go.
