Current and valid work can receive a same day inspection if booked before 10am, however, 24 hours ‘ notice is preferred. We cannot inspect a site unless a valid application has been submitted.
Site visit key stages
It is your responsibility to make sure site visits are requested at key stages of your building work. You will be given a schedule of what you need to tell us and when an application has been submitted to us.
