Current & valid work can receive a same day inspection if booked before 10am, however, 24hrs notice is preferred. We cannot inspect a site unless a valid application has been submitted.

It is your responsibility to make sure site visits are requested at key stages of your building work. You will be given a schedule of what you need to tell us and when an application has been submitted to us.
