
Qualis joins community hubs
Qualis Property Solutions has joined community hubs around the district as of 2 June 2025.
Community hubs provide a one-stop shop for residents to access Epping Forest District Council (EFDC) services and other local services for help and advice.
Qualis Property Solutions
Following a successful pilot earlier this year Qualis Property Solutions will be joining community hubs in Epping, Waltham Abbey and Oakwood Hill to provide help with housing services queries. This partnership provides an excellent opportunity for residents to meet face-to-face with the Qualis Property Solutions team and have any concerns they may have addressed in person.
Qualis Property Solutions will be available at:
Epping Community Hub
- Epping Community Hub, Civic Offices, 323 High Street, Epping, CM16 4BZ
- Every Wednesday from 9am to 12pm
Waltham Abbey Outreach
- Waltham Abbey Leisure Centre, 19 Hill House, Waltham Abbey, EN9 3EL
- Every Tuesday from 9.30am to 12.30pm
Oakwood Hill Community Hub
- Oakwood Hill Community Hall, Longcroft Rise, Loughton IG10 3NB
- Every Thursday from 9.30am to 1pm
