Key action plan for 2023 to 2024
The performance management framework EFDC will use to measure the delivery of its objectives in the first 12 months of the corporate plan will be through OKRs (objectives and key results) The framework is transparent and will align business, teams and individual objectives in a hierarchal, measurable way.
Stronger communities
Objective 1
We will safeguard vulnerable people. Our teams will support residents in need, providing support and equality of opportunity in a district that is safe for everyone.
