How to report a communal repair

To report repairs in normal working hours:

• Call 0333 230 0464
• Email repairs@qualispropertysolutions.co.uk

We do not provide a full repairs service outside of normal working hours.

Where there is a question of safety telephone our emergency service on 01992 564000. The repairs service will deal with all genuine emergency repairs, except gas leaks for which you should telephone the National Gas Emergency Service on 0800 111 999.

Repairs will not be carried out where those repairs are the responsibility of the leaseholder unless a charge is paid.

Grants and financial assistance for leaseholder

• Disabled Facility Grants
• Handyperson Service (a discounted service for retired homeowners and private tenants who live in the district and are over 60 years of age)
• Home Improvement Grants
