Help for leaseholders

Report a communal repair and find information about grants and financial assistance for leaseholders.

Report a communal repair

We do not provide a full repairs service outside of normal working hours. Where there is a question of safety call our emergency service on 01992 564000. The repairs service will deal with all genuine emergency repairs, except gas leaks, for which you should call the National Gas Emergency Service on 0800 111 999.

Repairs will not be carried out where those repairs are the responsibility of the leaseholder unless a charge is paid.

Report repairs in normal working hours:

  • Call 0333 230 0464
  • Email repairs@qualispropertysolutions.co.uk

Leaseholders may be eligible for various grants and financial assistance for repairs and improvements:
