Improve your mobility and balance with our Social. Active. Strong. seated strength and balance activity class.
This free 12-week programme of gentle strength-based activities will help you build strength, improve mobility and help you to sustain your day to day activity levels, leading to a more active, social and independent life.
The sessions are seated for the majority of the time. You may be asked to use the chair as a balance to help build your core strength.
The service is available to adults living in or registered to a GP’s practice in the Epping Forest district. For more information and to register for classes:

Social Active Strong is a great free service for adults who are looking to be more active and gain confidence with every day activities. The classes are fun, accessible, well run and open to all Epping Forest district residents.
