The South Epping Masterplan & Design Code was formally endorsed by Epping Forest District Council on 19 March 2025.
The endorsement follows consultation with the public and key stakeholders and extensive review and scrutiny by both the professional team and the council following that. Now that the Masterplan has been endorsed, it can be taken into account as an important material consideration in the determination of future planning applications.
