Green Infrastructure Strategy
This is the consultation page for the Draft Green Infrastructure Strategy for the Epping Forest district.
The consultation runs from 4 June to 16 July 2020.
The Green Infrastructure Strategy focusses on the future use of existing, and introduction of new open spaces in the district to form a network of multi-purpose spaces for both people and wildlife to thrive.
Tell us your views
We want to know your views about the proposals which will form part of ongoing work with communities, and other important partners such as the Conservators of Epping Forest and Natural England.
The strategy and projects set out within it are focussed on improving the green spaces and water based places in the district. The plan is a mix of big ideas, and smaller community based projects, short term and long term initiatives, a high level long term strategy and local community based projects.
We hope you can take the time to read about it and give us some feedback including your project ideas.
