Apply for a replacement, repair or order a bin or caddy

If you need a replacement, repair or to order a bin or caddy, you can do it here.

Since our bins and caddies are stored in the open air they may have residual dirt in or on them, and we are unable to guarantee a clean scratch-free container.

Your bins

The standard size bin is 180-litres. We do not supply a second green-lidded food and garden waste bin. Find out where to take your excess garden waste here.

  • Black bin for non-recyclable waste
  • Green-lidded bin for food and garden waste
  • Blue-lidded bin for recycling (replacing the blue box and recycling sacks)
  • Kitchen caddy for food waste – only for new residents or properties
  • Kerbside caddy for food waste

Report a repair to a bin

If a bin is damaged because of normal wear and tear, we can repair it. There is no charge if repairs can be done to the lids, wheels, axle or lugs – the pins that hold the lid in place.

If a bin is beyond repair, you may be charged for a replacement bin.

Management agents, developers and landlords

Management agents, developers and landlords can use this form to apply for new bins, or replacement or repair to existing bins.
