Report a missed collection

Tell us about a missed collection.

Before reporting a missed collection please ensure:

• You have the correct collection day. Check your collection day here
• Your bins were out by 6.30am on the day of your collection
• Your bins were on the boundary of your property adjoining the public highway, unless you have an assisted collection service
• Your bins are not contaminated and contain the correct waste. Check what goes in each bin here
• You can only report a missed collection within 2 working days of your scheduled collection day

Missed bin collections

Sometimes we are unable to collect your bins due to circumstances beyond our control such as blocked roads or road closures. If your road is in the list below there is no need to contact us. Please leave your bins out and we will collect them as soon as we can.
