Report a missed collection

To avoid a missed collection please ensure your bins are out by 6.30am on the day of your collection.

Please also ensure

• Your bins contain the correct waste (you can check online here)
• Are by the boundary of your property

Remember not to leave general waste around your bin. Only waste within your bin will be taken.

Disruption to bin collections

We apologise on behalf of our waste contractor Biffa for the disruption to some collections due to contractor staff shortages and vehicle breakdowns. We are doing everything we can to catch-up.

Your road is on the list

If your road is in the list below there is no need to contact us. Please leave your bins out and we will collect them as soon as we can.
