Assisted collections

We offer assisted collections for elderly or disabled residents who cannot move their bins to the boundary for collection.

This is providing there is no one else in their household or a willing neighbour who can move the bins for them.

If you are not able to use the online form call us on 01992 564000, our customer service officers will either complete the form for you or post the application form to you.
