Narinder Sood is the latest Lifewalker to achieve the fantastic accolade of a 1,000 walks.

Lifewalker Narinder has walked well over 2,000 miles with Lifewalks, which is the same as walking from London to Cyprus. Narinder joined Lifewalks in May 2005 and has been a regular walker with the group ever since.

Lots of new friends

Narinder Sood said: “Lifewalks has not only kept me fit and active but I have also made lots of new friends and have started doing other activities such as golf with them. I really recommend Lifewalks and feel a great sense of achievement to of reached a 1,000 walks. I hope to go on and walk another 1,000 walks.”

Lifewalks offers a choice of 5 walks a week that cover the Epping Forest district. The only qualification to join is to put one foot in front of the other, even if you can only do this very slowly.
