As the nicer weather is already upon us, there has never been a better time to get on your bike and get active in the fresh air! The cycling for health 2017 diary of weekly led rides around the district is now available to view and book online.

Suitable for all

There are different routes which have been graded into 3 different intensity levels, which means there is something for everyone.

If you have your own bike and helmet, just turn up at the meeting point!

Cost £4.00 (£8.00 for all day rides)

No booking required

Pre-paid (bike hire and ride fee)

Cost £8.00 (£16.00 for all day rides)

Booking is required at least 48hrs in advance
