Reminder notice

A reminder notice is issued because our records show you have missed one or more of your payments.

Pay the outstanding amount

Register and set up a Direct Debit

Make sure your instalments are paid by the date due or make future payments by Direct Debit.

If you have paid the amount on the reminder, within the past few days, your payment may have crossed in the post. In this case, please ignore the reminder notice.

If you have made payments that are not accounted for on the reminder notice, email Counciltax@eppingforestdc.gov.uk and attach the missing payment receipts.

Until your Local Council Tax Support is granted, you must pay the instalments on your bill.

If you receive the benefit later, it will be taken away from the amount you owe and you will receive a new bill, or a refund if you have overpaid.
