Disruption to bin collections

We apologise on behalf of our waste contractor Biffa for the disruption to some collections due to contractor staff shortages and vehicle breakdowns. We are doing everything we can to catch-up.

Your road is on the list

If your road is in the list below there is no need to contact us. Please leave your bins out and we will collect them as soon as we can. We will try to ensure that any missed collections are collected by the end of the week.

If your road is not on the list

The quickest way to report a missed collection for a road not on the list is by using the form within 2 days of the normal collection day. All missed collections reported by the form go direct to our contractor.
