Properties occupied only by those who are severely mentally impaired can be made exempt for Council Tax.
Part of this form you must give to your GP to complete. You must attach proof of the benefits paid to the mentally impaired person and give the names of any other occupants in the property and their relationship to the mentally impaired person. (more…)
